Weight loss using by controlling your emoitions

I have looked around at lots of sites, and I can tell you that no one else I can see is talking about the stuff you do. It’s really interesting to see your unique approach to this old problem of excess weight. Your book makes so much sense to me.. and has really helped me understand my problem of overeating when I am feeling emotional. I couldn’t have lost this weight without your book, that’s for sure. Thank you for your help.

Ever wonder why, despite going through strict diets that take you within inches of dying of starvation…

You get in the groove of losing weight and even when you succeed and do lose weight … you just can’t keep it off.

So you think…. Ok lets try a fitness program, some exercise equipment, meal planners and protein powders all designed to help you lose weight.

And it’s about at this time, major frustration sets in destroying whatever motivation and confidence you have left inside.

And not healthy food, but the bad kind.. the putting on weight kind, the kind that makes you feel extra guilty about 10 seconds after you have eaten it !!

Going on diets to lose weight is just a vicious cycle of weight loss followed by weight gain that is never ending.

I know this sounds a bit extreme, but I’m afraid this really is the case. It’s just these so-called fitness experts don’t even know the root cause of why most people gain weight in the first place.
